Awful
Terrible, terrible experience. DO NOT use this company. I googled a local business to send flowers, and my search brought me to their page. it said "shop local, family owned business, Coquitlam's #1 flower delivery service". I reasonably thought that I was shopping at a local business, in Vancouver, BC. When I submitted my order and was charged, I realized that I was charged in US funds. I called and attempted to modify/cancel my order and the representative did NOTHING for me. I understand that it was my oversight, though it was in fine print at the VERY bottom of the screen that they indicate they charge in US funds. The employee gave me a "shop code" which was completely useless to me. He refused to let me speak with a supervisor, or even contact the florist to amend the order. They had my money and did not care that I was not satisfied. I was incredibly upset that I did not directly support a local florist in my community, especially due to the cover 19 crisis. I repeat- DO NOT order flowers from this "business".
