Renee,
They have decent rating with the BBB however if you have unresolved IRS debt that you may need assistance with, I would urge you to contact the IRS directly and see if you can work with an IRS Tax Advocate. You don't always need a third party to assist you. Here's their link: http://www.irs.gov/advocate/index.html

Mary~ Thanks for the heads up, but i don't have a tax debt. They were paid to prepare a tax return for me that was flawed and they failed to make corrections. Three months after paying them $600 to prepare the return, i paid a competent accountant less than $200 to do it. They are just liars and thieves and i could never hope to get the money back, but i do intend to do all i can to keep them from stealing from anyone else. They even tried to borrow $1500 from me while stalling with my return, because they were being evicted from their rental house for non-payment and had to move. Can't get blood out of a rock!
TX,
Renee

WOW!Sorry to hear of your terrible experience. Have you filed a complaint with the BBB? You may also file a complaint against their EA license as well.
If you suspect or know of an individual or company that is not complying with the tax laws, you may report this activity by completing Form 3949-A. You may fill out Form 3949-A online, print it and mail it to:
Internal Revenue Service Fresno, CA 93888

Mari~ He is not an "enrolled agent". He is certified by the CTEC who exacts discipline only when an agent is "out of compliance" or when the agent is reported by law enforcement as having broken the law. The laws that he is known to have violated are not traditionally handled by law enforcement per se, so the correct information must be supplied to the responsible agencies for them to work in concert to impose penalties. Some actions have already been taken, such as suspension of the corporation and business license, but that hasn't kept them from operating or advertising using those suspended titles. I am in touch with the IRS OPR who interested and waiting for my report. If you have suggestions, they are welcome. I feel a responsibility, because i am aware of this track record and a lot of the facts, to protect others from the possible damage that a person in this position can do.

Renee,
I suggest you post a review to share your experience with this company so other potential clients can view it before they elect to use their services.
Best of luck!

I have posted a review, i hope that potential clients see it, they have a growing history of this very same complaint. I would give a benefit of the doubt if the complaints varied, but they are all the same. This is epidemic for them, as they charge up front, so if they fail to submit a product, the client is the loser.
