They have an excellent A rating with the BBB, check out their report above your question. The report shows they have had some complaints and most of them were resolved with the consumer.

In general moving can be a stressful time but the BBB has created some tips to help consumers in selecting a moving company and gives tips on what to lookout for so you don't get scammed! The moving industry is full of bait and switch operations and it's always best to protect yourself and your belongings.

Mari, Their Boise office does have an A+ rating, but to be clear, it is their Van Nuys, CA headquarters that runs the show and they are not currently rated by the BBB. http://www.santabarbara.bbb.org/Business-Report/Mainline-Transportation-15001599
