Has anyone tried to contact this company lately. I am in the process of doing a modification with them and they are unavailable for me to talk to. I have called the 800 number on numerous occassions in the last week and have either reached their voicemail or gotten a busy signal

Hi Sal,
You should try filing a complaint with the BBB, since our records indicate they have been response. Unfortunately, complaints against this company contain a pattern of serious allegations that the company charges up-front for loan modifications that are not performed. Clients state that after paying for services, they are unable to reach company personnel for updates or information. The company has responded to some complaints stating that they may have missed client calls due to a heavy call traffic, but they do not delay return calls longer than 48 hours. In one case, the company agreed to refund the customer and return the paperwork. It's worth a try.
You can file by clicking on "View BBB Report" above and then clicking on "File a Complaint" on the left side of the screen.
