I need a water pump put in my 1993 Dodge Ram and I don't want to get ripped off

Is There any auto shop in victorville, CA, where I can get a good water pump installation. I haven't had much luck yet and my old water pump was reinstalled by the mechanic 'cause he said he put two new water pumps in there and they leaked.
