Brian,
This company has a pattern of offering to resolve then providing only partial refunds if at all hence their D rating with the BBB and their mixed reviews, even from the company themselves on Trustlink. Check it out!
If you don't received your refund, you can file a complaint at their BBB report or you may proceed to small claims court.
