Cruise and Land Promotions has a F rating with the BBB for failing to respond to complaints. I was not able to see an association with Travel Service, Inc./ Funseekers.com but I have included both reports and you may contact the BBB who handle their reports directly to inquire about any connection. Just click on the contact us in the each report.

But I will say this, this industry as a whole is problematic and have a history of scamming people out of money, so becareful and not give any personal information to anyone your not sure of!!
