I was looking online last week for a Dangerous Power G3 paintball gun and noticed that ansgear.com offered the G3 with a 7th Element board for free. I called the company around 12:00pm and asked if I ordered the gun if I would receive both the 7th Element board and the stock board. They told me I would in fact get both. I ordered the gun at 12:14pm that same day. I received the gun today and all I got was the stock board. I called and they told me that the offer was over at the time I ordered the gun. 14 minutes? Are you serious? I know it was wrong because when I ordered the gun I clicked the box that said "Yes! Send me my free 7th Element board!" They told me that that wasn't possible because if I did then my invoice would have shown that board on the invoice in between 2 *. It didn't. So they said there was no way that offer was valid when I ordered the gun. I told them I was looking at that offer the whole time I was filling out the order for the gun. They said if I didn't know the name of the person who told me I'd get both boards was, then they weren't even gonna' consider fixing this issue. I then told them that I could have oredered the same gun from one website that offered a free torque loader, and another that offered a free gun bag for the same price but I chose their site because I wanted the board. They said I could send the gun back for the same amount in store credit or my money back minus a 15% restocking fee. I feel that I got mislead in this whole deal and will no longer do business with this company.
