I have had several people from different mortgage companies to try to help me out with my mortgage but to no avail. An associate at Equity One financial called me up one afternoon promising me he could help me out in my troubling situation. To my surprise, I was approved in a matter of no time. The associate called me everyday to let me know the step by step process of my loan. At the end of 10 days, my loan which 3 other companies failed to do was funded and closed. I was very pleased with their customer service, under promising me and over delivering and the professial conduct throughout my loan. I would recommend this firm to any and all of my piers.
