I would not reccomend this facility. The owner doesn't care about the senior (s). Nor does the staff. One day my grandmother (and the other seniors) did not have breakfast, lunch or dinner. I was so UPSET is asked one of the staff what he hell is going on, she told me that they were short staff and she was the only one who showed up for work. Another time, I came to the facility at 5:30am and not one came in get my grandmother up for breakfast I sat in her room for hours...and no one came in to get her up and ready for breakfast. Another incident, she completely ran out her medicine no called to tell me or called in her medicine. The food is horrible. No nutritional value at all. All the seniors complain how awful the food is. I even asked may I be a cook the owner never got back with me.
I now am in the process looking for a more professional environment to place my grandmother.
