Gaia quality has gotten terrible. They release items costing real money (like fish) that provide an item that does not work when they die. Often for weeks or months after the fact, They make almost no effort to explain or acknowledge the problem & it is impossible to get any kind of customer support. Once they charge real money for an item it stops becoming a virtual item & becomes a defective product they sold me. Currently I'm waiting on some kind of resolution to over 10 dollars worth of items, that still have not been corrected or even acknowledged despite reporting it & posting in several of the forums they suggest you go to. Gaia's tactic seems to be to dodge any kind of complaint until it goes away. The cash shop ads are all shady scams, of the 3 that I tried & completed, after a month of trying to resolve the issue with each one stated that they can not prove that I completed the offer & would not give me anything for them, even when I pointed out that one offer could not be completed. Gaia claims that this is the responsibility of Get Gambit, yet they continue to allow this to go on on their website despite numerous user complaints & petitions. Gaia needs a wake up call.
