We ordered a new spa cover on July 9th, 2009. We were a little surprised by the time they estimated for delivery in our order confirmation, because they seemed to be stating a much shorter time on the website, however due to the cover being custom made, the time was reasonable. Our new cover arrived today with a small tear, and we refused delivery. When I spoke to customer service, she was very helpful. They arranged to have the damaged cover redelivered today so that we would have something to use while we waited for a rush replacement from them! In addition we were told to keep the damaged cover and repair it as a spare as they would just dispose of it if it were returned! Very nicely handled, and not our usual experience when this type of thing happens!
