After 3 interviews and ~2 months waiting I got my dream job, but here’s where things get worse. After I signed a contact with IDC, I learnt I wasn’t working for them but under 3 subsidiary companies owned by IBM. IDC failed to communicate between these companies. IDC HR is non-existent, and won’t help. Reception at IDC do not help, legal IDC can’t get through. It’s been 60 days since I quit and they have still not paid me ~AUD$3000.
