Great customer support

Being with InTouch America has had it's perks over the years. I am per say a
moderate minute user, as I am on a 450 minute plan. I did get a couple of
bills with a "gracious amount"!! but as soon as I got on the phone with
customer service they where able to balance out my minute usage. I had gone
over my 300 minutes without knowing it. The Customer Service Rep explained
that I was better off with 450 minutes. It has been 5 years since and I have
never gone over again. Now I'm in the twentieth century learning how to Text
with my new phone. The fellow's at the InTouch store are the ones helping me
with the concept of Texting. Throught the years I have have walked in to the
store with some various problems and they have helped resolved the issues
with ease. I would like to compliment the full staff at Intouch America for
the great service you have been providing me over the years.
