I must disagree with the other review. Sally was a wonderful manager, possibly you are confusing her "attitude" with "business professionalism." Any time I spoke with her she was very accomodating and professional. She took the time to investigate complaints,
as she did not want to implicate the wrong person. I was not able to be present for my walk through, and not only has she been extremely fair, but has communicated thoroughly with me during the entire process. Any issues in my unit were resolved almost immediately,
my privacy was respected, and she went to great lengths to enhance my living experience. For example, installing front gates for safety, remodeling a terribly old entrance way, and taking time to hear about my experience. She was always very responsive, and
it was a lovely apartment, which, had I not been transferred out of state, would have lived there for quite awhile.
