I've had several procedures done here and I'm really impressed with Dr. Small and her staff.
Reasons you'll love this place:
They have nurses performing many procedures that at other places are performed by someone with a few months of training. Dr. Small is a board certified, Harvard-educated physician. I believe in expertise.
Dr. Small is very careful and easy to talk to in her consultations. She isn't too passive nor too aggressive. She has excellent judgment in advising her patients on what procedures are appropriate. She writes book, films training videos and teaches classes; I love knowing I'm seeing someone at the top of their field.
At this office I've had botox on my frown line, which I've had before at other places. Here they charge by the site, not the unit. That means they will use as much as they need to get good results and not be limited by the units you have purchased. Smart! Last month I got my first brow lift with botox and I am loving the results, very natural which is just what I wanted.
I'm also halfway through laser hair removal, which I am loving. My friend went somewhere cheaper... she's on her 12th treatment and doesn't have the result I have after my third. Enough said.
I've just started a series of three IPLs on my chest and neck. I am so excited to see the results!
Dr. Small is as good as it gets. They say that you get what you pay for, and I believe this is so true when it concerns my skin.
