I too have been taken for a 5K too. I too ordered a hot tub with my friend at the same time. We both ordered in July 2012 and have still not received one bit of it. Also he talked us out of buy through ebay too, saying he could give us such a better deal. We believed it, because of all the feedback he had on his website... That he only can control! After months and months of asking where our hot tub is at, we have heard every excuse known to mankind, his computer system has broken down, someone is ill in his family, and then it was we are out for the holidays. This guy could never produce a good picture of our built hot tub and then he told us both he was not scared of legal action taken against him. We have contacted the Attorney General's office of California, Kansas,the federal postal office for mail fraud,FTC,rip-off.com among others to make others beware. We also are aware he deals in other lines of work too such as contracting and art dealing. So if it has anything to do with Donald Berry or Arthog's RUN THE OTHER WAY!!!!!!!!!
