I ordered an item on October 18, 2010 and received a e-mail the very next day saying item had been shipped out, I still have not received my item and do not have my Halloween costume for Halloween. I have sent several e-mail's and phone calls to this company, never heard anything back from them. Even my bank could not reach them. This company should not be able to do business like this and cheat people out of their money.
