I highly suggest not going with this company or any other company for a modification. We waited over 5 months to finally get a response and they did not at all follow through with a modification for us. Nade, a representative gave us an exact figure of what our payment would be, which he should have never done and then it kept getting higher with 2 other reps that I had to deal with. Yes, 2 other reps because our first one had a family emergency and then we got switched to another. Anyone can modify on their own so do not pay anyone to do this. They talk how they can definitely get your payments lowered since your income show it but they have absolutely no guarantee. The only guarantee you can ever get it a written letter from the bank. So if they say they can, hang up the phone. We first kept questioning how can this be guaranteed and Nade said " Well, if you are already preapproved then there is no reason it cannot be approved. Key thing - They always say, Well we cant guarantee anything! famous line from them. They can't guarantee anything because they cant do anything for you. They also asked if we would be interested in a bankruptcy - So then we can pay them more and ruin our lives even more. Thank you so much for putting us and others even more in debt.
