This business has been trying to get me to buy toner for a while now. I recently received a call from a sales person from this company who told me he would send me a free toner so I could see how much longer their toner lasts compared to my current supplier. I said fine, send me a free toner. So he did. But, what he didn't say on the phone was it was a trial period and after 30 days they charged me $198.99 for a toner I currently purchase from my regular supplier for only $64.34. I called to explain they are now billing me and they refuse to take back the toner or credit me, claiming in the box there is a note they put inside that says I have 30 days and after they will charge me. About 3 yrs back this same company was soliciting toner to us and offering free dvd players or other merchandise to the employee if they would buy it. The employee at that time of course bought the toner, at a huge mark up and got the dvd player, never telling the company. This went on for a while. The company paid often times "triple" what they would have anywhere else. I wouldn't even give this company 1 star but this site requires I at least give them 1.
