If you value your money do not send any to Premier Timeshare Solutions. My story is almost identical to the reviews from the BBB. However I had a happy ending, I got my money back. In March of 2009 I fell for the PTS pitch and authorized them to $2,548.00 on my Discover Card. After numerous phone calls (most to a full voice mail box) I was able to speak to a receptionist several times. Each time I was given a lame excuse. After several months, I knew this was a scam, and decided to attempt to do something about it. I called the Palm Beach Garden Police Department and local TV stations. Everyone was sympathetic to my situation, but nothing seemed to happen. Finally after about 7 months I called Discover Card and filed a complaint for fraud. Immediately they issued me a new card with a new number, but that seemed to be the end of it. Well, yesterday I received my January 2010 Discover Card statement and much to my surprise I was refunded the entire $2548.00 from Premier Timeshare Solutions. Please, anyone that has sent money to PTS, call your credit card company and file a fraud report. Hopefully you will have the same luck I had, but at the very least your fraud complaint may lead to putting PTS out of business and maybe even punishing the people responsible for stealing our money. NOTE: THAT THERE IS ANOTHER COMPANY CALLED WORLDWIDE TIMESHARE SOLUTIONS AT THE SAME ADDRESS, PLEASE BE CAREFULL.
