Unfortunately I am a VERY dissatisfied South Bay BMW customer.
My story:

I recently purchased a pre-owned 06 BMW. I offered my sales person one non negotiable offer of 25K, to which he said "If I take this offer to my boss are you prepared to buy?". I said "Yes". The owner ran my credit check, brought it back to me and several hours later I was sent up to finance.

I signed what I thought was the agreed price of 25K but in actuality was the sticker price of 28,995.00. I suspect what I saw as the agreed price of 25,000.00 was in fact my down payment of 2,500.00. Lesson learned...

I noticed this discrepancy a few days later when I filed my paper work. I called my sales person immediately to sort out and he told me everything looked good I got the car at the sticker price of 28,995.00.

While sitting down to discuss the discrepancy with my salesperson and his boss, my salesperson would not admit to our agreed price of 25K and having only written proof I wrote on a piece of paper as I made the offer, (Which was thrown in the trash) and them pointing out the 'No cooling off period" they basically said I was SOL and after going round and round with my salesperson and his boss for 20 min the manager said "We are done here".

In addition, my salesperson told me the Pre-owned 06 BMW had 1 1/2 years left on the manufacturer's warranty and it had Bluetooth... As I signed the contract, the finance manager stated the car had 5 months left on the manufacturer's warranty due to the previous owner having purchased the car in 05. And later I would discover the car did not have Bluetooth.

I have since played phone tag for weeks with the owner (Trying to go through the proper chain of commands )to which he has simply stopped calling no doubt due to a busy schedule (As we all have) and in hopes that I would go away.

I would never have purchased this car having only 5 mo. left on the M. warranty, having no Bluetooth and certainly not for the sticker price of 28,995.00. The car wasn't worth it having 38,000.00 plus miles on it. I would gladly have purchased a new car for more money with a full warranty and bluetooth.

I still hold out hope that South Bay BMW will sit down with me and right this wrong.
Unfortunately for them I reach hundreds of people per day in my line of work and it has not been good publicity for them.
