I tried dealing with this company, despite warnings from friends, as it had a property listed that I was really interested in. The women in the office were incredibly rude right from the first phone call. It seemed even showing the property was a huge inconvenience. From there it only got worse. I could not get these people to call me back, they questioned everything on my application - constantly insinuating that I wasn't being upfront or truthful. Jennifer, who processes the applications, was particularly difficult to deal with. I am an honest, employed tenant with a great rental history and have never in my life been treated this way. I have a hard time believing these people do any business and after this experience can completely understand why so many of the properties listed on their website sit empty for months and months at a time. After my last visit I decided I could not imagine signing a contract with the people and decided to walk. There are too many rentals sitting empty to deal with this awful customer service.
