Excellent customer service. Spoke with General Manager, Stephen Uzan during the sales call (1 hour total time). I addressed my concerns and options on buying an Indoor Bike for my home. I also gave him my high dollar amount I am looking for spending on a bike. I wanted good value for a decent price. He looked at the options of my requirements and narrowed it down to a Star Trac Studio 7. The sales event on the Factory Demo model I couldn't pass up = SOLD!!! Stephen wasn't like your standard customer service rep like in most companies, since he asked questions for my needs, not like most companies trying to sell you something they want to sell you. He also explained how their services work and that was a big seller point on why I went with Studio Cycles in the first place. Disclaimer: I research a lot of bikes and companies before hand, and glad it paid off, because it landed me to go with Studio Cycles.
