Very poor customer service

I feel that a lot of these reviews are fake or am I the only who had issues? 1st I will say that the spin bike I ordered was a great bike, BUT it took almost two months to receive it. I ordered the bike on 11/28/2018 for a Christmas gift, I did not receive it till 01/15/2019. I call TBE on 12/18/2018, they told me that it was scheduled to be shipped on 12/21/2018, nope that didn’t happen, so I called them again on12/27/2018, still waiting to be shipped, I asked to speak to “Upper Management” which I have not received a call or email yet! They finally sent it out on 01/04/2019 and it still took 11 days to get to my house. I called the company because the shipping had the wrong phone, thanks again TBE, so that delayed it a week longer. I called customer service and they told me they would make it right and have their “Upper Management” contact me. They never called, but like I said the bike is great, customer service/support is poor, I am also posting this review on the BBB website.
