Never delivered the equipment, refused to issue a refund

On May 11, 2020, I paid $3,949.00 for a step mill that was never delivered. Their staff have not returned my emails, voicemails, or web page form submissions. They've gone dark on communications since July 15. Today, August 11, is 13 weeks post purchase on an item promised within 2-4 weeks. They're refusing to respond to Citibank, the bank I used for the purchase and are essentially holding the four grand without interest for a six month duration. I've invested dozens of hours into trying to track down the step mill. Beware. Do some calculations on the value of your time and the cost of turning over a large sum of money to a company that lacks the logistical tracking that you would expect. I get better logistics and customer service from a $2 purchase on Amazon. Don't ignore their BBB rating like I did. It's a huge gamble to purchase from this company. Decide if you want to take it.
