I have spent lots of money with lots of Auction houses and mistakes happen. We take chances as well as try to avoid the winner's curse as to get good deals. Not all the time do you get good deals so you need to work within a good economic model(try some of Nash's theories). If you do not understand that I would suggest keeping away from auctions because nothing is guaranteed. My experience with U.S. Asset Forfeiture is that they really do everything reasonable to make sure that a positive outcome can be reached. They worked with me to get something I really wanted for my collection after a mishap. I truly appreciate their hard work and commitment. Thank you U.S Asset Forfeiture as I know auction after auction with 1000s of expensive items passing through daily can be more "moving parts" than one can juggle sometimes. You worked it through like a pro. Job well done under given circumstances.
