USA Home Relief is a big scam! I gave them $2500.00 to modify my loan over a year ago with no results. They kept telling me that my loan could not be modified so I asked for my refund back and they refused. They indicated that it hasn't been "reasonable" time and that they are still working on it. When I called my bank to find out who's been calling on my behalf as a third agent to modified they told me so and so maybe once every 3 months. That is not right!!! They have already been paid for something that they aren't even attempting to do. After I requested for my refunded again back in Nov 2009 I was finally told I would receive it in 3 months. After 5 months waiting I called USA Home Relief to ask about my refund they indicated I wouldn't be getting one because they are still working on my loan. The next step for me is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau.
