I tried to take care of my own spa for a year and ended up spending more time working on the maintenance than I spent actually enjoying using it!!! United States Pool came to my home and evaluated my situation. They set me up with a reasonable service plan and now my spa is perfect all of the time. I find that customer service is great. I can get in touch with multiple individuals if I have a question or problem. Response time is excellent. I highly recommend that you get an estimate from United States Pool.
