Zero dealer support

I have been a dealer of this company's for a long time and I must admit that they are simply not of much help at all when issues come up. When their shipper's damage something, they tell us to file the claim with the shipper instead of them doing it for us (since it is their account, not ours!). And when we need tracking information for new orders, they never ever once have sent it over without us repeatedly and repeatedly requesting it. At the end of the day, VIG makes us look very bad to our customers because they provide no dealer support at all. We deserve better.
