I have made mistakes on my orders a couple of times. Michael and his team always work with me to rectify it, sort out the correct billing and get me the models I want. I love their SALES! Not as many of the super deals on planes you actually want like there used to be, but I find generally Waffle Collectibles is either cheaper or very competitive.
SUGGESTION #1: How about offering price matching if a cheaper price can be verified on another site?
Suggestion #2: Remind us somehow that if we are puttingng a multi-plane order that includes a Pre-Order, that the whole order will be delayed until the Pre-Order comes into stock.
