AVOID WINFIELD WOODWORKERS - poor finish, guarantee not honored, unresponsive to customer
Received a serving tray that was poorly finished. I had waited approx. 4 months for the order to be finished - during that time, I contacted the business numerous times, repeatedly being told it was going out imminently. Finally, they shipped the tray when I threatened to cancel the order. I received the tray, but it was so poorly finished it picked up stains, even from condensation of glasses. I wrote the company within 10 days of receiving it, asking for help. They were unresponsive until I contacted the Better Business Bureau of North Carolina. As of this writing, they have not honored their 30day,100% satisfaction guarantee, and have even accused me of misusing the tray - which I have not. AVOID this business -check with the BBB of North Carolina for numerous other complaints from other consumers.
