I join bidstick on or about April 9, 2010, I must say it has been a really good experience. The main thing that impress me was that they really do reply to your email. I told my husband that they have always send a reply each and everytime I have contact them and it is always within 24-48-hours. I also had three bad experience during auctions I was bidding on and I immediately contact them and I explain to them in a very respectful manner what had happen and they did the right thing to resolve my complaint. I have made many purchase for additional bids and they immediate show up in my account instantly.
I fell in love with the idea to be your own boss when I was in the 11th grade. Me and my husband both run a auction on ebay. I have had many type of business venture through the years, and learn a great deal from my mom who sold home made dinners right out our kitchen.
There one thing I know from all my life experience is that most business want to be talk to with respect and wanht nothing more then to have satify customers because if they don't they want stay in business long.
But one other fact is true also, you will never be able to please every customers.
I have read the BBB review and one other comment and neither of them come close to matching up with my experience.
The company have been very responsive each and everytime I have contact them and also resolve my complaint I had in a very timely manner.
With any business and certainly with a auction style website you are going have other tryng to do the wrong thing that will naturally reflect bad on the company itself.
So do your part to protect yourself from other individuals and always approach the business in a respectful manner whether they totally agree with you are not. I learn at a young age to try to put myself in the other persons shoes and except I may not always get the result I want but that does not make the business establishment wrong.
I hope other will have the same pleasant experience I have had with this company.
