Worst Experience Ever With a Company!

Shame on Ooshirts! We spent $560 on shirts for a fundraising event. Ooshirts printed them in the wrong colors and we could not use the shirts. We filed a claim with Ooshirts on the day we received the misprinted shirts, but it took them 3 weeks to respond despite our many attempts to contact someone in the claims department. We had to have the shirts printed by another company in order to have them in time for our event. That cost us more than $800 for a rush order. We assumed that we would eventually get a refund from Ooshirts since they made the mistake. But we were wrong. So our non-profit organization had to spend $1400 for a job that should have cost $500! And that is $900 less that goes to help the individual (who is a quadriplegic) that we were raising funds for. Shame on Ooshirts for stealing from their customers. They will not refund your money if they make a mistake.
