Are you thinking of doing business with Ken Michaels?

Are you thinking of doing business with Ken Michaels/Mortgage Makeover Radio Show? If so, don't do it. He lied to me, and he stole from me. He promised to refi my home and he didn't do anything he promised. He didn't even try to refi my home. He just took my money. Do not give this man your money because you may never see it again. He will promise good things, but he is a total fraud. He has excuses for not refunding my hard-earned money ($2,500). Don't trust him! If he had any morals, he would refund the money no matter what it cost him.

UPDATE: Ken offered to refund the money we paid him to refinance our home only if we sign an settlement letter indicating that we would erase all our complaints that we have reported to the different agencies, and that we would never speak ill of him again. We refuse to sign so he will not refund the money. We are willing to update our comments once our refund is received, but he wants us to completely erase our complaints. If you want to see my report, please contact the BBB to request the information.

UPDATE: The LA County District Attorney's Office contacted Ken. We made some changes on the agreement he wanted us to sign, and he refunded the money on 1/04/12.
