Overseas job employment opportunity. Is it legit and legal? Has anyone heard of paying $4500 twice a month to ship products?

Hi has anyone heard of Indepedent Financial Group corporation? They offered me work and will pay me $4500 twice a month with commission sending electronics overseas to europe. Does this sound legal? Employment Agreement

This Employment Agreement is made and entered into as of _______and between Independent Financial Group Corp. duly organized and existing under the laws of the United States, located in 3321 Road Town, Tortola British Virgin Islands, (hereinafter called “Employer”) and Mr./Ms. ________________________________________________________ whose permanent address is ________________________________________________________________________________
(hereinafter called “Employee”).

1. Employment

1-1. Employer has agreed to employ Employee as purchasing manager and Employee accepted such employment upon the terms and conditions hereinafter set forth.
1-2. Employee shall prepare the required documents to Employer in order to acquire the legal status relevant for employment in USA. Moreover, Employer shall present all necessary documents according to the USA laws and regulations, which should be prepared or submitted by Employer itself.

2. Duties of Employee

2-1. During the term of this Agreement Employee will perform his/her duties to the best of his/her ability and will comply with the directions of Employer.
2-2. At all times, during the term of this Agreement, Employee will directly adhere to and obey all the rules and regulations that have been established by Employer for the conduct of Employee.
2-3. Employers will have the responsibility to purchase and ship the necessary products by USPS.

3. Terms of Agreement

3-1. The term of this Agreement is two (2) full consecutive months commencing from the date of Employee’s sign this agreement unless terminated prior to the date of expiration for any of the reasons described herein.
3-2. This Agreement can be extended for any period of time, which is agreed by both parties. Both parties must also agree on any change or modification of the term and conditions. Extension must be negotiated no later than 30 days prior to the date of expiration.

4. Compensations and Other Treatment of Employee

4-1. Salary. Employer guarantees $4,500 a month. Given amount is divided into two parts so paid twice a month. Payment for uneven part of a month of employment will be calculated on the number of days employed. Payment of the aforesaid salaries will be made in USD.
4-2. There is commission with every money transfer for purchasing. It is deducted immediately by Employee when money is available on his/her account.
4-3. Working Hours and Paid Vacation. The working schedule is part time. However, Employee has to be available on the phone and check e-mai

I WOULDENT DO IT I THINK SOME TIME THIS YEAR THERE WAS A SHOE ON OPHRA ABOUT PEOPLE THAT GOT SCAMED AND THEY SAID IF IT SOUNDS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT PROBABLY IS

This is probably an unlawful business.
It's likely a brand new mail fraud scam called reshipping fraud.

This sounds like many scams the BBB has come across in the past. Be wary of anything like this as it's probably not legit. We urge extreme caution.
