Hound.com was not helpful in my job search..there were not many positions listed and they were the same ones week after week.

So, I wrote off the $29.99 for the 30-day subscription that I elected as my loss for trying something new. However, this morning, I noticed that Hound.com charged me again for $29.99 for another 30-day subscription. I contacted them and was told by their membership supervisor, Matt Richard, that the small print states that any 30-day membership is automatically reoccuring. I told him that I did not see this in print anywhere, because I would not have agreed to this, especially after my experience had been disappointing. I told him I found this unethical..if a customer elects a 30-day membership, then they are only electing a 30-day membership. I requested a refund. He refused and said whether or not I find it unethical, this is their company policy. I am quite dissatisifed with this company's service and lack of customer response and notification and will not recommended them to anyone. I believe they just count on people not noticing these credit card charges from their account, so this company can make more money off of people. If I had not seen this charge on my account, I would never have known.
