I called to cancel my warranty for personal reasons. I had no other experience with the company other than my initial purchase, which was handled very professionally.
Upon making the call to cancel, the representative was very professional and caring. It was a singularly pleasant experience to have a complete stranger show genuine interest in my situation. Further, he has followed through with his promised actions thus far. I look forward to ultimate resolution. My experience with the company has been very positive and although I never needed to file a claim, the way I have been treated has left me with a very positive experience and I would recommend the company to anyone.
