ABF UPack was great when they were upselling me on services. However, the day I was supposed to move in, it became nightmarish. I checked online and saw that my furniture had arrived in PICO RIVERA, CA. I called at 3:50 the day before i wanted my stuff, and they told me that DANA left at 3:30 and I would have to call back the next day at 7am. I called at 6am, and and a nasty woman spoke to me and told me that it was too late- the relocubes had been loaded. "Maybe I could get them Tuesday or Wednesday". In the meantime, I am in Kingman, AZ, en route, with a german shepherd and a Doberman, after driving 1500 miles! They could care less at the PICO RIVERA TERMINAL OF ABF. THE MANAGER IS PHIL SMITH. I played by their rules, but they could give a care less about me- ps they never even contacted me to notify me the shipment was in!!!
