WOW,
I won't rewrite the experience I had because you have all summed it up pretty well....I am not stopping with this post however. I am contacting my bank, the BBB, my local tv news, the Federal Trade Commission, my state attorney general and anyone else I can about this bogus company...nowhere in the ordering process does it prompt one to read or acknowledge the "terms and conditions" regarding the potential rip-off. Please follow my lead and notify all of the agencies listed above and lets get this company's processes changed or get them shut down....it's time for grassroots crusading...only inundating the above agencies with complaints will accomplish this.
