They keep charging me

I used them for their credit counseling service a week ago.
They charged my debit card before the course and today they charged me an additional three times.
I tried going to their website and it offers no assistance. They say the “reprinted and corrected” my certificate.
I never asked for a correction or a reprint. I did not give them permission to charge my card
