A very unethical compoany. They called with a telephone solicitation on Jan. of 2010. They plainly stated that they do business promotions over the internet free of charge. We had an employee agree to ther services as explained by the solicitor. They then called again the following week to setup services and stated that their service was only free for 30 days. We told them that we did not agree to these terms and we did not want their services. We never thought about it again until we were reviewing our phone bill and noticed a continuing fee attached to the bill we called the telephone number listed and it was a payment processor for multiple businesses. The gave us the contact info for Access Local. They did agree to discontinue billing but refused to pay back any money that they received. We would have noticed the charges sooner but we assumed that it was a setup fee as the service were new in Jan. of 2010. We only questioned it when we realized it was in greater than what AT&T would normally charge.
