Zero Customer Service

Ordered & paid for a canopy. After nearly 2 weeks called to find where it was and was told it's out of stock and that customer service would call me back shortly. No one called back so several hours later I called customer service to cancel the order.
Why didn't they tell me it was out of stock when I ordered and I would have selected a different canopy?! Completely worthless company!
