Horrible service

I've played Aeria games occasionally for years, trying each new game and whatnot. Yesterday, I got an email from them saying my account was banned for third party selling. I hadn't played an Aeria game for months so I know it wasn't me. I followed the link they provided in the email for ban disputes and found it required that you tell what game, server, and character was banned. I had no idea because they didn't tell me, so I guessed. I told them I hadn't played in months and that apparently my account was broken into. They responded with the boilerplate "You violated the TOS, so were banned" email. At the bottom, it said "to discuss this further, reply to this email" so I replied with "How about you try reading what I wrote before sending me a form letter response?" The system immediately sent the email back to me, as if I sent it to myself, with no notification that they received it so I was all confused and annoyed but complained to a friend that plays Eden Eternal and suggested she not. Anyway, apparently they did get it because I just received an email saying "This issue has been dealt with. If you email us again, it'll be treated as spam."
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
Update: After posting this review, within like 2 hours, I was PMed here by one of their support people asking for my ticket number. I provided it and within an hour, I received an email detailing why the account was banned, the results of their investigation, and notification that my account was reactivated. It'd be nice if they'd done that in the first place, but at least they pay attention to reviews. They get +1 stars for that.
