I called this company about my dishwasher shortly before Christmas. I told them I had found broken glass, my unit ran too long, and my water didn't get hot. On Dec. 23, Craig came out, checked the drain and impeller, and told me that my only problem was that my water feeding the unit wasn't hot enough - that'll be $39 please. I tossed a check in his general direction and might have forgotten to thank him. After talking to the manufacturer's hotline and being re-assured that these guys were usually reliable, I called back and told them that I had run the unit after running the sink to make sure the hot water was through the pipes and available for use. The second tech, Vincent, apparently came out just in case I didn't understand the hot water story. He turned on the unit, noted the water temp, and suggested a plumber or a new dishwasher (mine is 3 1/2 years old).

A week later, I scheduled the factory technician for two weeks out. On Jan. 22, he came out, tested for continuity, replaced the control board, and left me with a working dishwasher within 20 minutes.

I have never written to the BBB before, and have sometimes put up with poor service. In this case, the company either didn't know their business or just didn't care.
