A few days ago I caught sight of a rat in my garage. After some extensive research on pest control, I found All City Animal Trapping. I liked them because they focus on exclusion, i.e., keeping the pests out of your house in the first place. Also, they are experienced trappers. I called them, and they accommodated my schedule.
Steve was sent out and he communicated on the phone with me to coordinate his arrival at my property. Within minutes, he identified and showed me all of the potential entry points on the house. He answered all of my questions, too, and was a pleasant person to work with.
The best part is that after sealing the first 2 entry points, he moved onto the third and found a rat (could it be the same one I saw?) hiding out. To my surprise, he performed a LIVE RETRIEVAL and removal of the rat, without even using a trap. It is really hard to believe, but I saw him do it and it was incredible. He then went onto clean out and seal this last opening.
After answering some more of my questions, he was on his way. I highly recommend Steve and All City Animal Trapping and would definitely use them again in the future if needed.
