Very Poor Workmanship

All Year Cooling installed a new A/C Heating unit in May of 2022. They have been back about a dozen times and my system is still not right. Water is leaking through my ceiling and onto my couch and floor. The air handler unit was not installed or taped correctly. I have graphic pictures of very poor workmanship.
The situation has improved after many service calls and response but I still have condensate water coming through my ceiling. I requested from the staff at All Year Cooling that Tommy Smith, the owner call me. I've never received a call.
Yesterday I called another company to come and inspect the attic unit. They found multiple issues including static pressure not correct. Phenom ductwork not installed correctly. Ductwork leaking to mention a few. Sloppy work to say the least. It seems like the staff keeps the Tommy Smith in the dark about the poor quality of work beiing done. Doug Grimm
