I decided to select ALPS A/C to install my new A/C and heating unit, while tearing out the old ducts and outdated unit I had in my home. I came across ALPS at the Orange County Fair. Allen Puig was my consultant and point of contact for scheduling the City Inspector and all the workers that were going to be coming into my home, after I decided to select ALPS for my installation. They completed the work during the first week in August 2011, and it took them 3 days to complete everything.
ALPS was excellent to work with because Beverly or Andrea (in the office), would always contact me and confirm scheduled dates and times for people coming to my home. The workers were always timely and cleaned all their work areas. There were no surprise costs. I felt like I was treated like a valued customer.
I would refer any of my friends to ALPS, because they are an honest and conscientious company.
