Extremly Bad Customer Service

This company has horrible customer service. I ordered a web badge and it came with a size that takes up the ENTIRE web page 8.5 by 11 inches!! They offered to charge me another $249 to re-size it to the correct size for a web page about 2" by 2" with the
disclaimer that it would no longer be legible!! I did not want to pay them $249 to fix their own product, that seemed outrageous to me. They told me on the phone that "everyone" else is happy with this badge size so I should be too (as in what's wrong with
you!!) They never offered me one sample of even one customer using it on their web page in this huge size, even though I asked for a referral. After 5 weeks of trying to get help from them, I gave up and finally hired a different company and paid them $125
to size it correctly. Of course with that much shrinking to a normal web badge size about 2" by 2", the naming of our company on the web badge plaque is no longer legible. In Every single communication with this company they were always defensive and manipulative,
they were rude and condescending. Never once offered to let me speak to tech support for help (even though I asked) never once apologized that the product was not as expected. I asked for a discount to make up for the $125 I spent elsewhere to fix the product,
they would not take the $125 off the bill. You really do not want to do business with this company. They should win the award for WORST in industry with Customer Service. They have no genuine interest in the customer, their interest is only in the money and
their prices are very high.
