In my experience, this guys does arguably adequate work, but takes his time in doing it. After providing an estimate on putting in a single door to my deck, it took 3 months before the work was actually "completed". The word completed is in quotes because I had to spackle the bottom of the door frame myself after he declared the job was done. During the three months, he continually put off and rescheduled the work on my house. After all was said and done, the work only took him two-3 days, but there were month long breaks in between each visit. In the end, the price was merely adequate, the work was average, and the customer service, if that's what you want to call it, was horrendous.
Given that most contractors get their work from referrals, I'd assume that tech would put a bit more effort into maintaining his company's image. Unfortunately, I wouldn't be able to recommend him if you need things done in a timely manner, and finished properly.
